Won't boot, crawling slow, viruses, cracked screens, failing drives. I fix what the big stores tell you to throw away.

The repair nobody else around here will touch

Board-level & console repair.

When a Steam Deck won’t charge, a PlayStation won’t power on, or a Joy-Con drifts, most shops just say “replace it.” I work at the board level — the actual chips and ports — to bring back devices the big stores write off.

  • Steam Deck
  • ROG Ally
  • PS5 / PS4
  • Xbox
  • Nintendo Switch & Joy-Con
  • Gaming laptops
  • Charging ports and power issues
  • No-power and liquid-damage diagnosis
  • Joy-Con drift and controller repair
  • Chip- and port-level work under a microscope

Priced by quote after a free consult — most board repairs run $35–$250. The final price is set after diagnosis.

Consults are free, and so is basic diagnosis. A complex board-level diagnosis may need some bench time — never more than an $80 fee, and I'll always tell you before any charge. Not every device is worth fixing, and I'll be straight with you when it isn't.

How it works

A free look, a price you approve, no charge if I can’t fix it.

Free consult & basic diagnosis

The consult and a basic diagnosis are free. A deep board-level diagnosis may need some bench time — capped at an $80 fee, always quoted before any charge. I'll give you an honest read, including “this isn't worth fixing,” when that's the truth.

No fix, no fee

If I can't fix it, you don't pay for the attempt. You approve the price before I start any paid work — no surprises at pickup.

Quote & approve first

I quote before I work and won't go past it without checking with you. If I open something up and find a second problem, I stop and call.

30-day repair warranty

If something I repaired fails for the same reason within 30 days, I make it right at no charge for labor. Custom builds carry each part's manufacturer warranty.

Your data stays in town

Your machine and data never get shipped across the country. Please back up anything irreplaceable before drop-off — I'll always try to protect your files.

Returning-customer discount

Come back and your next repair is 10% off — no membership, no catch.

Trade in or sell your old gear

Got working parts you're not using? Trade them in for credit toward a build or repair, or sell them to me outright — I buy good hardware others throw away and put it back to work. Email me what you've got for an offer.

Not sure what you need? Just ask.

Tell me what’s going on and I’ll give you an honest read — free, before you spend anything.
